Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 2 years of work experience;
• Successful experience in closing vacancies of various levels and areas;
• Mastery of modern personnel selection and evaluation methods;
• Communication, responsibility and self-organization, initiative, an active life position and a desire to develop.

Responsibilities:

• Employer brand formation and development;
• Full cycle of recruitment for Company vacancies: posting vacancies on job sites, social networks, etc., active and passive search for candidates, conducting phone interviews and personal interviews;
• Supporting candidates in accordance with the Company's HR procedures, adaptation, including control of internships, organization of exams.
• Labor market monitoring and assessment;
• Collection and consolidation of operational reporting on the state of completeness of personnel of divisions and determination of priority directions for personnel search;
• Organization of the work of office employees, resolution of conflict situations and implementation of measures to resolve them, optimization of the Company's business processes;
• Organization of corporate greetings employees and the Company's Management;
• Planning budgets for HR processes, corporate events and compensations for the Company's employees;
• Tabling, maintaining vacation and sick schedules of office employees and monitoring retail work schedules;
• Preparation, control and accounting of a package of documents for employment of office and retail employees.
