Recruiter/HR specialist (Kharkiv) in Live Media HUB

Live Media HUB is a Ukrainian media holding that unites media platforms: News.LIVE is an information and political portal, and lifestyle media about events and people of the capital - "TyKyiv". We currently work in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa and Lviv.  

We are currently looking for a Recruiter/HR specialist in Kharkiv, who will become a key HR point for the local team: will help attract strong specialists, accompany employees and influence the development of the team. 

This is a role for someone who wants to be more than just a recruiter, but a partner to the business and team. 

Location: Kharkiv, a comfortable office in the city center

Format: hybrid(must have residence in Kharkiv)

You are our ideal candidate if:

• have 2 years of experience in recruiting (digital, media or related fields);

• have practical experience of the full recruitment cycle;

Your key tasks:

Recruiting:

• full recruitment cycle: from receiving an application until the candidate leaves for work;

• publication of vacancies and active search for candidates through various channels; 

• conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;

• communication with hiring managers and support of the hiring process;

• formation of talent pool and management of candidate database in Hurma;

• preparation and support of job offer.

HR-functional:

• organization and support of the onboarding process of new employees; 

• holding regular 1-1 meetings with employees; 

• supporting employees during the trial period; 

• exit interview and participation in the off-boarding process;
