Our client

Development company that implements housing and infrastructure projects. The business is actively developing, scaling and strengthening the team.

In this regard, we are looking for an HR manager who will take over the recruitment of personnel and gradually build the HR function in the company.

Main tasks

• Search and selection of personnel, mainly labor specialties.

• Gradual involvement in the selection of R&D and engineering roles.

• Working with various search channels:

  • job sites

  • state and profile resources

  • direct search, calling candidates

• Primary selection of candidates, conducting interviews.

• Coordinating meetings of candidates with managers.

• Maintenance of the database of candidates and employees.

• Partial management of personnel records in cooperation with the accounting department.

Requirements for the candidate

• Experience in HR / recruiting.

• High level of responsibility (key competence).

• Confident mastery of Excel and basic digital tools.

• Willingness to work in construction business conditions ("field" format).

• Higher education.

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

• Experience in construction or production - preferably.

• Experience in the mass selection of labor specialties.

• Systematic, independent, the ability to bring tasks to a result.
