We are looking for a specialist who wants to be part of a large community, enjoys communicating with new people and big, loud events companies. Someone who combines the tasks of a community manager and a project manager.
Hard Skills:
- The ability to effectively and concisely convey information in oral and written form. It is necessary to communicate with a large number of people (both club members and external contacts).
- Skills in working with Google Workspace and recording information from various sources (audio, video, messages, calls).
- Ability to take responsibility for projects and bring any work to completion.
- Systematic tracking and execution of assigned tasks, proactive reminders and controls performance of tasks by other team members.
- Experience in creating visual content (both from scratch and from existing materials - select photos, videos, create simple creatives).
- Minimum experience in managing social networks (Instagram, Telegram), skills in creating text publications using graphic editors (Figma, etc.), ability to create and publish short videos (Reels).
- Organizational experience and conducting various events (thematic meetings, corporate events, trips, parties).
Soft Skills:
- Ability to analyze information, make the necessary calculations and establish cause and effect connections.
- Initiative, independence and autonomy in work.
- Ability to take full responsibility for projects and bring them to completion.

What will need to be done:
- Moderate internal community chats (updating pinned, creating polls and reminders, holiday greetings, etc.).
- Reserve facilities and create announcements about regular meetings.
- Update information about planned activities (if any) every week. Create invites in Google Calendar.
- Update information about new club members.
- Optimize internal work processes and participate in strategic planning of long-term development of the project.
- Accumulate and organize various information - create guides, form recommendations / manuals / instructions for the internal space of the community (if needed).
- Help with the organization of internal activities of the community (search for facilities, transfer, tickets, hotel, etc..).
- Participate in the development of additional small club projects.
- Manage the club's social networks (Instagram, Telegram channel) - make publications from the provided materials.
- Write non-volumetric accompanying texts for social media posts. networks.
- Create/select photo and video materials, make posters.
- Generate ideas for updating content (if possible).
- Create a one-page site on a constructor (if needed).
- Quality organize open club events (for example, parties).
- Plan events, find venues and be able to negotiate with any contractor.
- Assist in the creation and management of a new educational product (optional).
