We are expanding the team and invite an HR manager with practical experience who knows how to build effective HR processes, work with a team and influence the company's development. What is important to us is not formal HR, but a business partner.

Terms of cooperation

• Working schedule: 5/2, 10:00–19:00

• Salary: 39,000 UAH + bonus system

Area of responsibility

• Closing full-cycle vacancies (from application to employee exit)

• Conducting remote interviews and professional evaluation of candidates

• Support and development of corporate culture

• Development and launch of staff adaptation, motivation and retention programs

• Constant interaction with department heads

• Improvement of internal HR processes and communications

Our ideal candidate

• Has proven experience in HR or recruiting

• Understands full employee life cycle

• Works confidently with Google Docs, Excel, experience with CRM / ATS will be a plus

• Possess competent oral and written Ukrainian language

• Communicative, organized and responsible

• Oriented on results and continuous development
