Requirements:

  • Successful experience in the selection, adaptation and support of personnel.
  • High level of independence, ability to independently organize one's work and make decisions.
  • Willingness to constantly learn, improve processes and implement new approaches in HR.
  • Willingness to be a full-fledged independent HR unit at the start.
  • Desirable: experience working with HRM-systems (PeopleForce, Hurma, BambooHR, or similar), CRM or other digital tools for automating recruiting, personnel analytics or document flow.
  • Sure communication skills, structural thinking, proactivity, responsibility.

Duties:

1. Recruiting and selection of personnel:

  • Formation of the candidate's profile together with department heads.
  • Active search for candidates for production (foremen, foremen, engineers) and office positions (sales, managers, buyers, managers, etc.).
  • Conducting interviews, organizing technical interviews with managers.
  • Competence assessment, participation in hiring decisions.
  • Maintenance of candidate database and recruitment reports.

2. Adaptation of new employees:

  • Development and implementation of an adaptation program for new employees.
  • Conducting induction training, familiarization with corporate policies and company structure.
  • Supporting newcomers during the trial period.

3. Personnel management:

  • Development and implementation of internal regulations and policies.
  • Consulting managers and employees on HR issues.
  • Participation in resolving conflict situations, holding conversations with employees.
  • Joint management of personnel documentation.

4. Performance evaluation and personnel development:

  • Development and implementation of a performance evaluation system (KPI, certification).
  • Identification of training needs, organization of trainings, professional development.
  • Search and interaction with training centers, trainers, involvement of external resources.

5. Formation of corporate culture:

  • Initiation of internal events, team building (team building, events, greetings).
  • Work on personal involvement and motivationnalu.
  • Communication of internal news, formation of a single HR-brand within the company.

6. Analytics and reporting:

  • Maintenance of internal HR reporting (staff turnover, recruitment sources, adaptation efficiency).
  • Preparation of analytical materials for management on personnel issues.
  • Participation in forming the HR budget (salary analytics, training, bonuses).

7. Building an HR function:

  • Independent planning and implementation of the company's HR strategy.
  • Building a system of HR processes "from scratch" or improving existing ones.
  • Formation and development of the HR department in the future (in case of company growth).
