In connection with the active development of the company, we invite to our team a Human Resources Manager who will ensure clear management of personnel documentation, personnel support and organization of personnel processes in accordance with current legislation.

What will you be? to do?

• Keep personnel records of employees (admission, transfer, dismissal, vacations, business trips, etc.);
• Control of vacations, sick days, business trips. Issuing business trips, reports on business trips;
• Maintaining military records in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine;
• Forming, storing and updating personal files, electronic data of employees;
• Preparing orders, certificates, reports, timesheets;
• Controlling the correctness of documents in accordance with labor legislation;
• Maintaining the relevance of internal personnel policies and procedures;
• Interact with accounting, department heads and recruiting;
• Help in the formation of corporate culture and adaptation of new employees.

 What do we expect from you?

• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and the basics of personnel administration;
• Experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• Attention to details, responsibility, organization;
• PC skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, preferably 1C);
• Communication and ability to work in a team;
• Readiness for training and development in the field of HR administration.
