We invite you to join our HR Manager team.

Requirements to the Candidate:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Basic knowledge of personnel administration;
• Availability of a certificate of training in military accounting;
• Proficiency in 1C;
• Experience in conducting business correspondence;
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language, knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.

Functional duties:

• Management of personnel records, in particular the registration of employment, layoffs, vacations and transfers;

• Organization of timesheets and accounting of working hours of employees, execution of relevant orders (including personnel), management of personal files and military records;

• Selection of personnel;

• Maintaining business correspondence with partners;

• Providing the office with the necessary consumables (stationery, household chemicals, water, etc.).
