We are growing, and with it we are strengthening the People function, so we are looking for an HR Assistant who will help support daily HR processes and develop a team culture.
Main tasks:
HR Function (70%)
- Supporting the full cycle of onboarding and preboarding of new employees.
- Administrative and organizational support of HR processes (adaptation, 1-1, feedback, surveys).
- Participation in maintaining the team climate: micro-interactions, internal initiatives, mini-events.
- Cooperation with the People Operations Manager in the implementation and improvement of HR processes.
- Participation in internal HR projects: training, welcome processes, internal communications.
- Preparation of materials, lists, databases, help with HR documentation and data.
Recruiting (30%)
- Assistance in recruiting for technical and non-technical positions.
- Candidate search and initial screening.
- Communication with candidates and support at individual stages of selection.
- Coordination of interviews and interaction with hiring managers.
Our ideal candidate
- 0.5+ years of experience in HR or recruiting (IT will be a plus).
- Basic understanding of HR processes: onboarding, adaptation, feedback.
- Organized, attention to detail, love of structure.
- Proactivity and desire to develop in the HR direction.
- Skills communicate and maintain a warm, human atmosphere in the team.
