- conducting an active search and attracting specialists of all levels to various positions in the company: from line personnel to the TOP staff, in Kropyvnytskyi and other regions;

- conducting interviews and assessing the skills of candidates taking into account standards and values of the company;

For success in this position, you will need:
- higher education and work experience in similar positions of 2 years or more
- skills in recruitment of different levels and understanding of company needs, Onboarding/Offboarding;
- ability to work effectively in multitasking mode, high responsibility, attentiveness and communication.
