Marketer in RAVAK

We, the company RAVAK, a Czech representative office in Ukraine, are one of the leaders in Central and Eastern Europe in the field of production and sale of sanitary ware. Our product range includes bathtubs, shower cabins, pallets, faucets and other bathroom elements. Main responsibilities:

• Development and launch of digital campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms (creation of ads, targeting, analysis of results)
• Creation of content for sites, blogs, social networks: text content, graphics, videos for product promotion
• SEO-optimization of sites: selection of keywords, writing SEO-texts, internal and external optimization to increase visibility in search engines
• Analysis of campaign effectiveness with the help of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other tools. Preparation of reports and recommendations to improve results
• Development and management of POS materials: creation and updating of promotional materials for points of sale (banners, racks, brochures, flyers, other brand materials)
• Management of online platform Ravak Academydigital training Academy for partners and own sales specialists
• Study of new trends in digital marketing and constant improvement of marketing strategies to achieve high results
• Cooperation with designers, copywriters to implement advertising campaigns

Requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge of the basics of digital marketing: Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, social networks, online promotion
• Experience of working with POS materials: creating and optimizing materials for points of sale, learning and implementing best practices
• Experience with Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console)
• Ability to create creative content for sites, blogs and social networks (texts, articles, graphics, videos)
• English language skills at the B2 level
• Creative approach to solving problems and the ability to generate new ideas
• Responsibility, organization and desire to develop and learn new things
• Basic skills for working with graphic editors(Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) will be an advantage
