We are actively growing, so we are looking for an HR manager who can build a system human capital management and become a partner for the team and management.
What we already have:
- separate recruiting department;
- HR specialist;
- absence of toxic management;
- a company that really wants to build a healthy culture, develop specialists and produce even better results.
Tasks:
- development of corporate culture and management of internal communications;
- organization of effective cooperation between units;
- construction of onboarding and adaptation systems;
- creation and support of a training and staff development system;
- support of managers in issues of team interaction;
- participation in the implementation of evaluation systems;
- development of the employer's HR brand.
Expectations:
- experience as an HR manager from 2 years;
- understanding of HR processes, culture, adaptation and onboarding;
- emotional maturity, responsibility, structural thinking;
- ability to create processes "from scratch" and systematize information;
- strong communication skills and interaction with teams.
Personal qualities that will be an advantage:
- empathy and ability to work with different types of people;
- initiative, proactivity and desire to introduce new things.
Work format:

- schedule 09:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
