And today, the Occupational Safety and Fire Safety Department of Starlight Media invites to its team a Leading Civil Protection Engineer.

Your tasks will be:

• development and implementation of complex, organizational and technical measures to ensure civil protection at the enterprise;
• organization and conducting of exercises, trainings, briefings on issues civil protection, fire safety, actions in emergency situations, etc.;
• ensuring compliance with the requirements of state standards, norms and rules in the field of civil protection and fire safety;
• development of instructions, orders, etc. documents, control of their implementation;
• interaction with the relevant authorities in the field of civil protection;
• control of the state of protective structures of the central defense system (ZSCSZ); submission of proposals for their improvement if necessary;
• participation in state and internal investigations of accidents, accidents related to fire and man-made safety at work, development of measures for their prevention and elimination;
• determination of the need for individual and collective protection means;
• formation of reports by activity.

Our expectations from you:

• higher education - desirable;
• work experience of 3 years or more in a similar position;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of civil protection, fire, man-made safety;
• experience of conducting inspections to identify risks; experience in analyzing the state of civil protection, fire and man-made safety;
• ability to conduct education/training in fire safety and civil protection;
• knowledge of MS Office for the preparation of documentation, tables, reports, budgetspersonal qualities: responsibility, efficiency, partnership. Makuha, 1; an office with an equipped shelter and a generator in case of a power outage;
• schedule: Monday-Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
