We are constantly developing and looking for a person who will become part of our team in the role Personnel manager (recruiting and personnel).

Office location: Vinnytsia region, Vinnytsia district, Lypovets city, str. Heroiv Maidan, bldg. 63.

Yours responsibilities:

  • Personnel administration: registration of admissions, dismissals, vacations, maintenance of HR, maintenance of time sheets, approval of vacation schedules, work schedules, calculation of additional payments and preparation of bonus orders, development and approval of job instructions.
  • Selection and adaptation personnel.
  • Maintenance of military records, submission of documents for recognition of the enterprise as critical and  booking of employees.
  • Submission of notices  on admission to "Medok" and PFU.
  • Preparation of reports upon requests.  
  • Work schedule: Office: Mon-Fri, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

We expect from you:

  • 2 years of experience as a Recruiter/HR Manager/HR Generalist.
  • Experience in the fields of agro/logistics/production will be a big plus.
  • Knowledge Labor legislation. Military accounting rules.
  • In-depth knowledge of the labor market and trends in recruitment.
  • High communication skills and the ability to negotiate with candidates at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and planning abilities.
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, 1C).
  • Fluency in the Ukrainian language.
  • Attention.
