Team Lead Recruiter in Wild Wild Group

Now looking for Team Lead Recruiter who will be able to strengthen the team, bring structure to the processes and bring the quality of hiring to a new level.

 You are suitable for us if you have:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (of which 1+ year in the iGaming vertical);
• experience in the position of Team Lead Recruiter or Senior Recruiter with leadership tasks from 1 year;
• experience in team management: mentoring, support, distribution of tasks, skill development.
• experience working with vacancies in the vertical (bayers, back-office, management, technical positions, etc.);
• experience working with metrics, KPI / ATS / Jira;
• speed, flexibility, structural thinking and responsibility.

Having your own candidate base will be a big plus.

Your tasks:

• managing a team of recruiters, mentoring and development;
• construction and optimization of the recruiting funnel;
• quality control of candidates and processes;
• development and implementation of talent attraction strategies;
• analytics, weekly/monthly reports;
• interaction with team leads and top management;
• closing key vacancies.
