Format: part-time (4 hours per day)
Office: Chornomorsk, with the possibility to come 1-2 times a week
Company: OS-System — an IT company that creates products and solutions for international clients.
Your main tasks:
- Be the main point of contact for the team - support employees in their daily work and development;
- Lead the full cycle of talent management: onboarding, probationary period, evaluation, development, retention;
- Conduct one-to-one meetings, monitor the level of motivation and satisfaction;
- Maintain and develop corporate culture and team effectiveness;
- Organize interviews with management and assist in team building;
- Initiate activities for team development, training and cohesion;
- Implement current best practices HR practices.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 3-4 years of experience in the position of HR Manager;
- Preferably -1-2 years of experience in IT field;
- Owns Google Workspace and tools for working with data;
- Has experience in conducting interviews independently and together with managers;
- Analytical, communicative, attentive to details and results;
- Able to work with routine processes and at the same time think strategically;
- The level of English is Upper-Intermediate.
