CheckDom is looking for talent!  cross-object management of multi-apartment buildings and residential complexes.

Position - HR Manager

You will be responsible for part of the teams (up to 60 employees)

What to do:

Planning and updating the recruitment plan

• < p style="font-weight: 400">The full cycle of searching and recruiting personnel for your teams

• Adaptation of personnel and control of probation term

• Creation of HR policies and procedures

• Participation in company educational projects

What is important to us:

• Experience of working in companies with the number of personnel from 300 people

• Experience as a personnel manager from 2 years old

• Successful experience of closing vacancies at various levels (drivers, plumbers, accountants, department heads)

• Knowledge of candidate evaluation techniques

• Result orientation

• Competent communication (oral and written)

• Willingness to take responsibility and grow
