The main key tasks that need to be implemented:

• Collaboration with department heads to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Analysis of business needs to adapt HR initiatives to changes in the fashion market.
• Implementation of development and implementation of HR strategy.
• Ensuring timely selection and adaptation of employees so that teams are staffed with specialists of the required level to achieve key business tasks.
• Assessment of professional level of employees and implementation of individual plans development.
• Planning and implementation of training programs, retraining and internal training.
• Control of compliance of employee competencies with business requirements.

 2 .   Working with the brand

• Develop and promote an attractive Charisma employer brand to attract highly qualified professionals and talent that will contribute to the achievement of strategic business goals. < /strong>

3.     Optimization of business processes

• Analysis and improvement of cross-functional business processes to ensure maximum efficiency and consistency of team work.
• Participate in the implementation of automation tools and digital solutions for improvement productivity.

3.    Personnel efficiency and productivity:

• Development and implementation of KPIs to evaluate the performance of employees and teams.
• Conduct performance analysis, provide feedback and recommendations for improvement .
• Implementation of motivation and career development programs employees.

4.      Corporate culture:

• Support and development of corporate values ​​aimed at performance, innovation, customer orientation and teamwork.
• Organization of events to strengthen team spirit and increase engagement employees.

5.      HR analytics:

• Collection and analysis of data on productivity, engagement, staffing and turnover.
• Providing data-based recommendations to improve HR processes. 6. Organizational development: Evaluation compliance of the organizational structure of the business with the key strategic tasks: analysis of the existing structure, determination of its strengths and weaknesses, as well as preparation of recommendations for changes.
• Development and implementation of organizational changes: planning and implementation of transformations to ensure optimal work of teams and business processes.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of the organizational structure: regular assessment of the performance of structural units and their compliance with business goals.

 Key requirements:< /p>

• Experience in HR (at least 5 years), preferably in fashion, retail or another dynamic environment.
• Deep knowledge inpersonnel management, organization of business processes, optimization of the company structure.
• Understanding cross-functional processes in the field of fashion and retail.
• Skills in personnel selection, competency assessment and development of the professional level of employees.< /li>
• High level of emotional intelligence, communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English (oral and in writing).
