Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
• Ability to work in a team, high level sociability.

Duties:

• Participation in the creation and implementation of the company's HR policy, supervision of the "Dual study" program with universities;
• Organization corporate life in the company: organization of greeting employees with holidays, keeping records of the provision of financial assistance;
• Conducting exit interviews with employees, recording the reasons for dismissal, conducting conversations with department heads to understand the possibility and necessity of retaining employees;
