We are a hotel and restaurant complex Drevniy Grad, with a team of about 100 people.

We are looking for a professional for the position of HR Manager, who will be responsible for forming a strong team of specialists capable of providing a high level of service and creating a positive corporate culture , which will promote employee involvement and business development.

Requirements:

- 3 years of experience in the HR field;

- From 1 year of experience work as an HR manager in the hotel and restaurant sector;

- Knowledge of modern recruiting and adaptation methods;

- Experience in conducting interviews and the onboarding process;

p>- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines;

- Experience in building a corporate culture and social package;

Personal qualities:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

- Autonomy and responsibility;

Responsibilities:

- 60% of the function is active recruitment: search, assessment and hiring of various specialists levels;

- 30% - development of internal corporate processes: formation and maintenance of a friendly atmosphere, formation and organization of events to strengthen the team, help in solving internal issues;

- Document flow is focused on creating and implementation of processes, opening of vacancies, formation of candidate profiles and adaptation of specialists;

- Development of policies and procedures related to adaptation and personnel management, formation reserve;

- Formation of common values ​​and standards of behavior;

- Creation of questionnaires to determine internal moods in the team, work with analytics;

- Cooperation with unit managers ;

- HR efficiency analysis and recruiting processes.
