Education and experience:

• Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology or related fields.
• Work experience as an HR manager in an IT company from 1 year.
  

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding of HR processes: recruiting , adaptation, motivation, employee development, performance evaluation.
• Knowledge of modern HR tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of the IT market, understanding of the specifics of the work of developers, testers and other technical specialists.
