PERSONNEL MANAGER

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar position;
• A confident PC user, Excel;
• Activity, focus, responsibility;
• Full higher education or basic higher education.

Duties:

• Timely completion of new stores with administrative and by ordinary personnel;
• Closing vacancies for administrative positions in operating stores;
• Study the labor market in order to determine possible sources of providing the necessary personnel;
• Cooperation with Employment Centers, placing information about vacancies in mass media, Internet employment resources;
• Conducting structured interviews with candidates for rank and file and administrative positions;
• Monitoring working conditions and salary levels;
• Formation and maintenance of a database of external and internal personnel reserves;
• Coordination of training of administrative staff of stores in the region.

• work schedule: 5/2 from 9.00-18.00;
