PERSONNEL MANAGER
Requirements:
- Work experience in a similar position;
- A confident PC user, Excel;
- Activity, focus, responsibility;
- Full higher education or basic higher education.
Duties:
- Timely completion of new stores with administrative and by ordinary personnel;
- Closing vacancies for administrative positions in operating stores;
- Study the labor market in order to determine possible sources of providing the necessary personnel;
- Cooperation with Employment Centers, placing information about vacancies in mass media, Internet employment resources;
- Conducting structured interviews with candidates for rank and file and administrative positions;
- Monitoring working conditions and salary levels;
- Formation and maintenance of a database of external and internal personnel reserves;
- Coordination of training of administrative staff of stores in the region.
