To achieve this goal, we are looking for HR-manager, who will undertake the creation of a highly effective commands.

Your tasks:
Building a strong HR department (a recruiter and personnel officer are planned to be subordinated) and an effective HR function in the company.
Building and systematizing the recruiting process.
Recruitment of employees for various positions.
Development and implementation of the system of adaptation of new employees.
Organization of employee performance evaluation, including creation of career development maps.
Development and implementation of material and non-material motivation systems.
Formation and development of corporate culture.
Regular analysis of HR indicators, organization and holding of 1:1 meetings.
Organization of the employee training process, organization of corporate events.
Conducting exit interviews, working with staff turnover and conflict situations.
Our ideal candidate has:
Has successful experience in creating an HR department;
Experience in the position of HRM or HRG from 2 years.
Knowledge and experience in implementing modern methods of personnel search, adaptation and evaluation.
Ability to develop effective employee adaptation and certification programs.
Skills in developing motivation systems and personnel management.
Understanding the structure, functionality and methods of the HR department.
Responsibility, structure, openness to feedback.
