The Defense Procurement Agency is looking for a Director of the Finance Department

"Defense Procurement Agency" of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is a national agency responsible for centralized procurement of weapons, military equipment and dual-use goods for the needs of the Armed Forces. 

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the work of the Department of Finance in accordance with strategic goals Enterprises

• Development of an ERP-system as a comprehensive source of financial and accounting information for external and internal stakeholders

• Management of the Finance Department, Interaction with the Chief Manager of Budgetary Funds and the DKSU , accounting and reporting on budget funds

• Formation of functional technical tasks as a customer for the development of the functionality of the accounting ERP system (IT-Enterprise) in the Accounting/Payroll and personnel accounting/Finance/Logistics module

• Organization of the implementation of the improved functionality of the ERP accounting system into the Enterprise's business processes

• Organization of formation of financial and strategic plans, reports on performance indicators of the Enterprise's financial and strategic plans

• Forecast of indicators of cash flow reports, financial results, budgets and other arbitrary reports at the request of management

• Control over the status of execution of contracts, budgetary and financial obligations, settlements with counterparties

• Processing within the competence of state contracts, other agreements, contracts and relevant regulatory financial documents for compliance with the requirements of legislation and regulatory documents

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in finance

• At least 5 years of experience in financial departments

• Knowledge of accounting and tax accounting, knowledge of IFRS will be an advantage

• Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting processes

• Experience in the implementation and support of ERP systems / business process automation systems

• Analytical mindset and critical thinking, initiative, learning ability

• Ability to self-organize and make decisions in a short time, responsibility, organization

• Working with Microsoft software products, experience with IT-Enterprise (will be an advantage)
