AUTO.DIA buys and transports cars from all insurance auctions in the States. We are currently looking for a HR-manager

 Salary: rate of 15,000-20,000 UAH based on the result of the interview + bonus system 
After 3 months of work review;
 Work schedule 5/2, 10:00-18:00, hybrid;

Duties and responsibilities:
 
• Participation in the process of selection and adaptation of new employees;
• Conducting interviews;
• Responsible for corporate culture;
• Conducting employee attestations;
• Maintaining personnel documentation and databases;
• Organization of trainings (preferred).
 
Requirements:
 
 On a permanent basis basically need sales managers, so the main requirement for you is the ability to identify the best candidate with effective sales skills.
