Requirements:

• complete higher education (master's degree, specialist)
• work experience in the field of personnel management of 5 years or more at enterprises with the full-time number of employees no less 100 people
• knowledge of legislation in the field of labor and personnel management
• leadership qualities, the ability to organize work and make decisions, stress resistance
• ownership of a personal computer and office equipment ( MS Office, Outlook, 1C) at the level of a confident user

Responsibilities:

• manage operational and administrative personnel management procedures in the Branch
• ensure the development and implementation, as well as control of compliance with policies, regulations, procedures, regulations and internal documents of the Branch necessary to ensure uniform approaches and effective performance by the Branch of tasks and responsibilities in matters of personnel management
• organize work on formation and implementation of personnel policy, implementation of analytical and organizational work on personnel management, personnel accounting of Branch personnel, and provision of personnel records in the Branch
• organize work on staffing the Branch with employees of the necessary professions, specialties
• organize development and implementation of measures for the formation, operation and development of the system of selection, evaluation and certification, career growth of Branch employees, planning, formation, analysis and development of the Branch's personnel reserve.
• organize work in the Branch regarding organization, payment and labor regulation, planning of the number of employees and the labor fund, implementation of progressive forms and reward systems in accordance with those approved by the Branch, formation of costs for staff maintenance and social security and control over their use, implementation of other management processes personnel
• organize the implementation and functioning of the system of professional training and development of Branch personnel, work on training, retraining and advanced training of employees, as well as the motivation of the business career of employees
• organize and monitor the implementation of the program on employee adaptation, preparation and implementation of measures to increase staff loyalty to the Branch's corporate values ​​and initiatives

Terms of use:

• working schedule: Mon-Thurs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
