We are looking for an HR Manager with people, organization, and research skills to join our team and work full-time remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Creation and organization of HR policy and management that they are followed
- Organizing onboarding and support/adaptation to newcomers
- Conducting a 1-1 with employees
- Maintain records of all personnel.
- Maintain the vacation and sick lives.
- Submitting and managing job posts
- Screening and interviewing candidates for hire
- Preparation of offers/rejection letters
- Performance management
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in HR or Recruitment or similar
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Familiar with CRM and ATS platforms
- Good communication skills
