Customer service specialist (Logist) in Filip Morris Ukrayina*

A partner of the tobacco company "PHILIP MORRIS SALES AND DISTRIBUTION", an affiliate of "Philip Morris International" in Ukraine, invites you to cooperate on a part-time basis as < strong>Customer Service Specialist (Logist).

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:Ensure proper preparation, approval and storage of all documents for each order and shipment. Document archiving work. Payments to carriers, keeping reports, filling out travel documents, document management. Formation of primary documentation, including the preparation and execution of invoices and invoices (optional).

YOU WILL:

• Provide direct customers of the company professional services, as well as information support regarding order processing, delivery terms, fulfillment of individual plan indicators, bank guarantees and loan repayment terms;
• Based on the approved plan and sales forecast for a certain period of time, prepare a plan for the supply of finished products to customers company, as well as the vehicle order plan;
• Enter all necessary information about the order into the relevant system. Ensure accuracy of entered information;
• Initiate, coordinate and monitor order processing. In cooperation with the financial and administrative department, perform timely invoicing and monitor the payment of bills and repayment of customer loans;
• Plan, organize and coordinate all arrangements regarding the process of loading and transporting goods;
• Monitor daily the process of delivering finished products to the company's customers, constantly maintain contact with transport companies;
• Control the payment of transport invoices
• Participate in various projects, namely in the development of electronic document flow, optimization and digitalization of processes.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

• Higher education: bachelor's, specialist, master's degree (possible final year students);
• Experience of working with large volumes of information and documents;
• Experience of registration, support, storage of documents in paper form (preferred); 
• Communication skills with clients, analytical abilities and self-discipline, initiative;
• Skills for working with MS Office programs (Excel, Power Point);
• Desirable knowledge of the SAP system (not necessary, but would be an advantage).
