< strong>Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 8:00-17:00

What should be done ? 

•  ensure quick and efficient recruitment and hiring of personnel
• ensure quality onboarding and off-boarding processes 
• analyze main HR metrics (staffing, turnover, stability of personnel) in order to evaluate the effectiveness of human resources management
• organize the processes of adaptation, training and evaluation of employees
• identify talents and form a personnel reserve

• engage in systematic monitoring of salary levels and labor market analysis
• ensure comfortable working conditions for staff
• participate in HR projects of the company
• Accounting and ordering corporate uniforms for staff
