Open vacancy for HR and Recruiting process leader. A person who can adjust processes and convey the Company's values.

We work with an organizational management structure built together with Visotsky Consulting - these are established communications regulations in the Company , the format of strategic meetings of departments and work with indicators of fulfilled goals.

. Requirements:

• Experience in the position of HR - manager from 2 years,
• Ability to work in a team and be proactive,
• High level of communication and skills to solve conflict situations,
• Knowledge of the Labor Code,
• Readiness for business trips once every six months within the borders of Ukraine.
• Experience in managing the "Labor Fund".

• Experience with HR metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the recruiting direction,
• Organization of education and training for employees,
• Evaluation of staff work and development of its development plans,
• Resolving conflict situations and maintaining a positive working environment,
• Supporting current regulations of the Company's business processes
• Onboarding and offboarding employees.
• Employee testing on knowledge of the Company's standards,
• Conducting eNPS and 360 testing.

Conditions:

• Office schedule - MON - FRI, from 09:00 - 18:00,
• The office is located 5 minutes' walk from the city of Pechersk,
• The office has a generator and shelter,
• Trial period of 3 months,
• Salary twice a month,
