HR Manager in VARTEQ

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an HR manager in IT
• A passion for creating happy and productive teams
• Hands-on experience in working closely with people
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Creative thinking and the ability to inspire others
• Attention to detail and great organizational skills
• English: Upper-intermediate or above
• A constant desire for personal growth

What you’ll do:

• Manage all aspects of employee onboarding, retention, satisfaction, growth, and rotations
• Support key activities in the HR department
• Work closely with teams and managers to tackle people development issues and find solutions
• Plan and execute initiatives to boost corporate culture
• Create strategies to grow our employer brand through social media, career sites, and networks
• Help organize corporate gifts together with the operations team
