??Main duties:?
- Formationcorporatecultures - promotion calendar values, ?communication strategy.
- Development and implementation of HR strategy: creation and approval of HR strategy in accordance with the company's "Value Promotion Concept".
- Organization of training and adaptation: implementation of effective adaptation programs for new employees, monitoring their progress and providing support in the process of integration into the team.
- Management of personnel programs: organization of corporate events, training programs and motivation systems to increase employee engagement and productivity.
- Evaluation of personnel efficiency: development and implementation of a KPI system for monitoring employee efficiency, organization of periodic efficiency evaluations (performance review, evaluation 360, evaluation 180).
- Supporting corporate values: active participation in the formation, maintenance and development of a corporate culture that corresponds to the company's values.
- Automation of HR processes: optimization and automation of HR processes in the HURMA system.
- Support of an individual development plan (IPR): creation and monitoring of individual employee development plans.
- Search and selection of candidates: selection of specialists who meet the requirements company and corporate culture.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR, preferably in a similar position.
- Deep understanding of business processes.
- Experience in the development and implementation of HR strategies.
- Ability to manage circlesseveral projects at the same time.
- High level of communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in applying various methods of searching, selecting and evaluating candidates.
- Strong analytical abilities, the ability to take reasonable data-based solutions.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of HR systems and automation tools (experience with HURMA or similar platforms is an advantage).
- Ability to work with KPIs and other personnel performance indicators.
- Experience in building trusting relationships with candidates and the team.< /li>
