Requirements:

- Ability to conduct effective interviewing and evaluating candidates;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain stress resistance;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and personnel accounting and the ability to apply them;
- Ability to work with office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and programs "1C: Enterprise" and M.E.doc;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate harmoniously with colleagues;
- High work ethic, responsibility, organization, attentiveness to details and privacy.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and selection of candidates for vacant positions;
- Organization of interviews, tests, evaluation of candidates and integration of new employees;
- Regulation of dismissal/transfer of employees , vacations, sick leave;
- Maintenance of all necessary personnel documentation (personal files, accounting of work books, time sheets for calculating advance and wages and issuing certificates for employee requests, etc.) and ensuring its relevance;
- Maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists from among working people;
- Conclusion of employment contracts and control over their implementation, keeping information about working hours;
- Development and implementation of training and development programs personnel;
- Resolving conflict situations and issues with personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with labor legislation and corporate policies of the company;
- Labor market monitoring and analysis of the company's personnel needs;
- Preparation of reports and analysis of the effectiveness of the personnel department.
