HR manager in Empteam

We are looking for an HR manager in the YouTube company, who will help us create a team of video editors, as well as screenwriters

Main responsibilities:

• Recruiting screenwriters and editors who meet the company's requirements (video editing and writing scripts with AI)

• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates;

• Analysis of editors' portfolios and screenwriters' text examples;

• Building onboarding processes for new employees;

• Maintaining a database of employees and candidates;

• Communicating with the team about results selection.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in HR (from 1 year);

• High command of English language;

 • Ability to analyze the work of a potential employee (examples of videos/scenarios), we will teach you how to do it;)

 • Communication, organization, ability to work in multitasking mode.
