HR manager in 25 Coffee Roasters

Hello! In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for an active and creative HR manager. 

What will have to be done:

• search for "our" people in the team;
• deal with personnel adaptation;
• solve current organizational issues (for example, calculate workload, create motivation systems, analyze the efficiency of employees, etc.);
• create documents regulating processes;
• be a shoulder and psychologist for colleagues, help ensure a good microclimate;

• experience as an HR manager from 1 year and recruiting experience behind;
