In connection with the expansion, we are looking for a new HR manager.

Terms jobs: work schedule Mon-Fri 9:00 - 17:30, official employment

Duties:

• Selection and recruiting personnel;
• Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates;
• Maintaining personnel documentation (admission, transfer, dismissal, vacations);
• Forming and managing personal files of employees, entering changes in personal files related to work;
• Entering information about personal data of employees in the 1C program, forming state statistical reporting and internal personnel reporting;
• Maintaining payroll and military records;
• Formation of references from the workplace.

Requirements:

• Work experience in personnel administration from 1 year (it will be an advantage/we will consider candidates without work experience/the main desire to learn and be energetic);
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in the field of labor, employment, personal data protection, with military accounting issues;
• Willingness to work with large volumes of information in multitasking mode;
• Confident user of 1C 7.7 Personnel, or 1C 8 ZUP, MEDOK, SOTA, PFU web portal, Exel.
