Specialist in staff training and LMS system implementation in Tactical Group

Our team has been selling high-quality military equipment for professionals for the 9th year in a row. We sell products of leading brands of the USA, Europe, China, and Ukraine.

Now we are developing dynamically, so we are looking for a Specialist in staff training and LMS system implementation

Requirements:

• Experience as a specialist in development of online training (preference is given to candidates with existing work examples);
• Experience in working with LMS platforms (interested in Kwiga, but we will also consider experience in other platforms);
• Experienced user of MS Office and Canva;
• Higher education;
• Interest or practical experience in the military niche will be an advantage!
• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills;
• Active team member with excellent focus to details;
• Ability to organize work remotely and independently, meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Development of the concept of training courses together with internal experts;
• Design, development and implementation of educational materials in various formats: theoretical blocks, lessons, videos, presentations, tests, surveys, etc. ;
• Implementation and configuration of LMS to manage the learning process;
• Maintenance of courses in an up-to-date state;
• Administration of learning processes on LMS
