What do we expect from you?

• Recruitment experience from 2- oh years; 
• D360 assessment training;
• Experience with personnel adaptation;
• Experience with metrics (satisfaction, involvement, turnover, loyalty);
• Experience with systems automation of work with personnel (preferred). 

What will you do?

• Active search for personnel (all departments of the company);
• Conduct initial interviews;
• Organization of interviews with department heads;
• Participation in the system of personnel adaptation, development and evaluation; 
• Participation in the formation and development of corporate culture;
• Participation in the development and implementation of the personnel motivation system.
• Active participation in other HR processes.
