We are united by common goals, interests and are looking for HR strong>-manager whowill perfectly complement our team :) 

You are our perfect candidate, if:

• You have 2 years of work experience in the position HR BP/HR-generalist/the only HR-manager in the company
• Wish to develop in HR, you have many ideas)
• You have experience in developing training programs and adaptation of employees
• You have high communication skills, interaction skills
• You are proactive and result-oriented
• You work with MS Office: Power Point, Word, Excel, Hurma (preferred)

What to do:

• Adaptation, onboarding, offboarding of employees
• Internal communications: development of policies, conducting surveys, informing about events, greeting employees
• Development and support of corporate culture
• Communication with managers and meetings 1: 1 with employees
• Participation in organizing corporate events for the team
• Participation in team development and training activities for the team
• Support and optimization of HR business processes and control over their compliance
• Hurma program administration< /li>

• Working hours from 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday
