Our expectations:

• Higher education (economics, law, etc.)
• Experience as a personnel manager, HR department head, labor economist
• Experience in the manufacturing sector and/or in a motor vehicle company will be an advantage< /li>
• 3 years of experience in card administration and mass recruitment
• Knowledge of legislation on labor relations, knowledge of the basics of labor economics, the basics of salary calculation, the ability to work with a large amount of data

Responsibilities:

• Personnel administration at an enterprise with 200-250 specialists
• Time sheet accounting, working time management
• Working with various sources for personnel search, staffing and reserve, personnel search and selection, conducting interviews
• Employee Health Insurance Administration
• Administration of personnel training and development, identification of professional potential, retraining
• Staff Adaptation 
• Military Accounting
