At the moment, we are looking for a training specialist to join our team >and development!

We offer interesting and ambitious tasks:

• Identifying training needs , development of training programs, preparation of educational and methodological materials for conducting trainings;
• Organization and conducting of trainings for employees;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of personnel training and development programs, conducting evaluations before and after training;
• Interaction with curators and managers for the development of Medical Representatives;
• Working with employees, supporting and developing their skills and knowledge (double visits, individual work, mentoring).

< strong>We we expect from the candidate:

• Higher education (medical or pharmaceutical - will be an advantage); 
• Additional education in the field of coaching or training experience;
• work experience in a pharmaceutical company preferably from 1 year; 
• excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to work with an audience;
• planning skills and the ability to work with large amounts of information; 
• ability to work in a team and maintain corporate standards; 
• readiness for business trips.
