The production enterprise TGF Transcarpathian wood products factory, which is a leader in the woodworking industry in the Transcarpathian region in the manufacture of wooden cases for brushes and mops, invites an HR manager (Recruiter, Content Manager).

Requirements:

• Successful experience in searching and recruiting personnel from 1 year;
• Knowledge of technologies and personnel search methods;
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of the basics of digital marketing;
• Ability to work with photos and videos;

• Desire to learn and develop;
• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language at an above-average level;
• Literacy and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Management of the full cycle of recruitment (advertising, resume selection, conducting initial telephone interviews);
• Labor market monitoring and analysis ;
• Monitoring the climate in the team, organizing corporate events;
• Filling the site with relevant and interesting texts, photos and videos;
• Creating and publishing content in social networks ( Instagram, Facebook);
• Analysis of content effectiveness and impact on the audience.
