Junior HR Specialist

We are looking for a responsible and energetic specialist to join our friendly and creative team. We offer the opportunity to work in an atmosphere of creativity and innovation, to cooperate with interesting projects and develop professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Working with internal HR systems.
• Working with internal document flow (signing documents, sending mail, etc.)
• Help with the search, selection and hiring of new employees within the framework of internal training projects;
• li> Work with adaptation of new employees, preparation of internal reports, presentations, etc. (organization and holding of rallies, letters to mentors and new employees)
• Preparation of materials, events and new projects to improve the employer brand.
• Help in preparing materials for military record keeping, collection and data update, reporting, statistics.
• Assistance in activities to support employees - mental health, health insurance, employee satisfaction, etc. (preparation and filling of questionnaires, questionnaires, data processing and preparation of materials for management) .
• Assistance in the preparation of sports events, meetings with the management
• Creation of applications for payment of department bills and collection of accompanying documentation.
• Filling of the internal educational online platform -        with educational materials , creating reports, statistics and preparing presentations for management.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language at a conversational level (Intermediate)
• Ability to work in a team;
• High responsibility and organization;
• Communication;
• Desire to develop in the field of HR.
• Work experience is desirable, but not mandatory (willing to accept a student)
• Developed organizational skills
• Basic higher education or in the process of acquiring it
• Mobility, energy, responsibility
