We invite you to join the team trainers of the Contact Center - Head of the Service Academy. 

Our Manager:

• Forms and implements a comprehensive training system for the Guest Happiness Support Department
• Collects needs in training and forms the concept of the Service School/Academy
• Develops and conducts training programs for operators, moderators of social networks, quality managers and supervisors
• Collects feedback based on the completed training
• Analyzes the effectiveness of the conducted training and the impact on quality assessment
• Conducts post-training activities (sessions, tests, support, etc.)
• Administers training in the LMS system ( Cornerstone)
• Develops video lessons for unit training
• Participates in personnel certification and analyzes training results based on it

Our requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in building a training department and designing complex training programs;
• Experience in building training programs in online format and experience with LMS systems;
• Experience in creating training programs;
• Knowledge of the methodology of creating training programs;
• Ability to visualize information and implement interactive training.

Will be an advantage:

• Skills in working with video editors and storyline;
• Availability of additional training at the school of trainers and/or facilitators.
