We invite you to join the team trainers of the Contact Center - Head of the Service Academy.
Our Manager:
- Forms and implements a comprehensive training system for the Guest Happiness Support Department
- Collects needs in training and forms the concept of the Service School/Academy
- Develops and conducts training programs for operators, moderators of social networks, quality managers and supervisors
- Collects feedback based on the completed training
- Analyzes the effectiveness of the conducted training and the impact on quality assessment
- Conducts post-training activities (sessions, tests, support, etc.)
- Administers training in the LMS system ( Cornerstone)
- Develops video lessons for unit training
- Participates in personnel certification and analyzes training results based on it
Our requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in building a training department and designing complex training programs;
- Experience in building training programs in online format and experience with LMS systems;
- Experience in creating training programs;
- Knowledge of the methodology of creating training programs;
- Ability to visualize information and implement interactive training.
Will be an advantage:
- Skills in working with video editors and storyline;
- Availability of additional training at the school of trainers and/or facilitators.
