Main responsibilities:
- Head of the HR department
strong>: organization and coordination of work with personnel.
- Recruitment: search and recruitment of both operational and office personnel, including top managers and line workers.
- Labor market analysis: monitoring of market trends to ensure competitive working conditions and adaptation of personnel strategy.
- Closing of vacancies: use of modern tools and platforms for quick and effective closing of vacancies.
- Support of new employees: provision of support and adaptation of new employees at the initial stages of their work.
- Formation of motivational programs< /strong>: development of a motivation system for personnel, drawing up staff schedules.
- Reporting: maintaining a database of candidates and reporting on completed tasks.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preference is given to specialized specialties in the field of HR, management or psychology).
- Work experience : from 2 years in the field of hospitality and personnel selection/recruiting.
- Initiative and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Skills of effective communication and resolution of conflict situations.
What we offer:
- Work schedule: 5/2, weekend — Saturday and Sunday .
