Your duties:

Recruitment and recruitment** for line and administrative positions.

Development of requirements for candidates: you know how to create a profile of the ideal employee.

Creative search methods: not only through job sites, but also through acquaintances, hunting and other non-standard approaches.

Business trip to Zakarpattia Oblast to conduct interviews and collect data on the ground.
