We are looking for an energetic and responsible Account Manager to help build and maintain relationships with our customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Working with clients: Supporting existing clients. Answers to clients' questions, solutions to their problems and requests.
• Client support at all stages of training: from the first application to the completion of the course. Coordination between the client and the teacher.
• Processing requests for new classes and organizing lesson schedules. Coordination of details with clients and teachers.
• Reporting support: Maintaining client base, preparing regular reports on their progress and satisfaction.
• Selling additional services: Offers and selling additional courses, clubs and specials programs.
• Interaction with teachers: Ensuring harmonious communication between teaching staff and clients, help in solving organizational issues.
• Analysis of feedback from clients and help in improving the quality of school services< /li>
