The production company Luka Pallet House, the industry leader in the Transcarpathian region in the processing of used wooden pallets, invites a Personnel Manager

Duties:

• Management of the full cycle of recruitment (advertising, selection of resumes, conducting initial telephone interviews)
• Labor market monitoring and analysis
• Collaboration with department heads to determine staffing needs
• Employee motivation (determination of financial indicators)
• Maintenance of personnel records (recruitment, dismissal, vacations, personal affairs - *employees - 20 people)

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience in the field of personnel administration, personnel selection - from 1 year

• Knowledge of search methods in various sources/resources
• Desire to develop professionally and work for results

• Attention to detail

• High communication skills
