Recruiter, HR manager in Financial Freedom Academy

We invite to our FFA team "Recruiter »< span style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

We are looking for aRecruiter, which seeks to develop in this direction. We need someone who enjoys challenges, new experiences and the opportunity to implement new recruitment techniques.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• You have more than six months of experience in the field of recruiting.
• Experience in infobiz will be a big plus.
• You have experience working with 3-5 vacancies at the same time.
• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process — from search to hiring.
• You are confident in using Excel and Google Docs.
• You are able to clearly assess the soft and hard skills of candidates.
• Easy you work in conditions of multitasking.

What is included in the functionality of "Recruiter":

• Creation and publication of vacancies on various platforms.
• Active search for candidates through social networks and other search sources.
• Conducting initial interviews to assess soft and hard skills.
• Organizing interviews with department heads and helping in decision-making.
• Forming and sending offers, accompanying the candidate to all stages of the process.
• Congratulating employees on birthdays and other important events.
• Conducting job satisfaction surveys.
• Organizing online team building events to improve team interaction.< /li>
