HR manager (personnel manager)

Requirements:

• work experience as a personnel inspector or personnel manager in distribution companies or a similar type of company is mandatory;
• attention, clarity;
• Knowledge of PC at the level of a confident user, knowledge of 1C is a must;
• Communicability, responsibility, initiative, creativity.

Responsibilities:

• recruitment;
• personnel administration (admission, transfer of dismissal, vacations, sick leave, >blick working hours);
• work with the PFU site
• Maintenance of military records;
• "maintenance" of employee business trips, if necessary, organization of business trips and issues related to them;
• maintenance internal corporate projects, support of trainings and exercises;
• cooperation with postal and courier delivery services.
